If your package is damaged, lost, or encounters other issues during transit, please contact us promptly and provide relevant photos or logistics details; we will actively assist in coordinating with the logistics provider to resolve the matter.
VII. Address Information
Customers must ensure that the provided delivery address, contact number, and recipient details are accurate, complete, and valid.
The customer shall bear any additional shipping costs incurred due to delivery failures, package returns, or re-delivery attempts resulting from incorrect address details, unreachable contact numbers, recipient refusal, or the absence of a recipient to sign for the package.
VIII. Force Majeure
We will actively assist in tracking and resolving issues regarding shipping delays caused by force majeure events—such as natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, war, government regulations, customs inspections, port congestion, flight cancellations, logistics system failures, or other uncontrollable circumstances—but we shall not be held liable for any indirect losses or claims for compensation arising from such delays.
IX. Receipt and Inspection
Please inspect the condition of the packaging and the goods promptly upon receipt. If you discover damaged packaging, damaged items, quantity discrepancies, or other irregularities, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide relevant photos and order details so that we may address the issue promptly.
